KEEPING FIT

Keeping fit is one of the most important things to living a happy and healthy life. Looking after the body and finding out what works for your body, in particular, is a very important thing. Everyone is designed differently and will operate in different ways.

One Place I love to spend my time exercising is at a climbing wall. Solving problems is one of the core things the human mind is designed for. Staying creative at the same time as well as building strength in some of the most subtle parts of the body with control and flexibility works out as one of the most powerful forms of exercise.

POWERFUL TRAINING EXCERSIES IN CALISTHENIX

Chris Heria is one of the worlds most prolific Calisthenix athletes. He founded the fitness program called THENX which is a workout routine involving Calisthenix and weights. The program ranges from beginners to intermediate and advanced. Some of the workouts he is able to put together is pretty mind blowing. I started practicing Calisthenix to help with increasing strength in my shoulders and neck but mainly to increase the power in my wrists. Ive been playing guitar for close to 20 years now and thought I had the strength nailed down in my wrist area. After practicing under Chris teachings in his programe I noticed a drastic increase in strength and power in my playing.
